PORTABLE DESIGN
Compact and modular design making it suitable for use in narrow and complex environments. The rotational drive unit and feed unit can be fixed anywhere along the boring bar, and the stepless speed regulation range of 0 to 0.5mm allows for easy forward and reverse exchange.
EASY TO SETUP AND INSTALL
Setting up the machine is a breeze with the mount kit included. This kit can be easily adjusted to accommodate different hole positions and angles. Additionally, the machine is equipped with useful measuring tools such as a bore cutter measuring tool and a diameter measuring ruler. These features make operating the machine even easier and more efficient.
Boring Bar
Boring bars are made of durable and corrosion-resistant 42CrMo chrome-plated steel, with the added bonus of an extra layer of protection from the chrome plating. The tooling holes that are part of the boring bar’s design are strategically placed at intervals of 200mm, allowing for customized setups based on specific machining requirements. The consistency of spacing ensures flexibility and adaptability when using various tools and accessories during the machining process.
FACING HEAD
Two sizes of facing head are available: 80-380mm & 160-550mm.
Optioning facing head, one machine for two purposes.The facing head mounted on the line boring machine, which share the same system, can start machining immediately after simply mounting the facing head, saving time and the cost of purchasing another machine.
