The FDG1000 model flange facer machine use precision construction, Available in continuous groove facing feeds to meet ASME standards. The same is equipped with three different base sizes for easy installation and improved on-site operation. Different flanges can be machined with “O” Ring grooves, Lens rings, RTJ grooves, RF, welding preparations etc. Ideal for oil, industrial gas, power, chemical, and drilling applications, it offers a clamping range of 150-860mm(6-34.0″) and can machine flanges up to 150-1000mm(6-40.0″).
