PORTABLE DESIGN
KMM300 is designed to be extremely lightweight and ensure accuracy to machine keyways on a 100*300m plane. The entire machine is packed by a metal case, making it easy to carry to machine site. It is the best choice for small-scale milling.
Fixture for the End Mill-10. Insert the Fixture R8-D10 into the machine body, after fixing the screw, insert the End Mill-10 into the Fixture R8-D10, adjust it to the required machining height, and fasten it with the machine body screw.
Fixture for the End Mill-20. Insert the Fixture R8-D20 into the machine body, after fixing the screw, insert the End Mill-20 into the Fixture R8-D20, adjust it to the required machining height, and fasten it with the machine body screw.
Insert the milling cutter into the R8-10 fixture, and after adjusting the height, tighten the fixing screws of the fixture and the machine body to fix it.

It is used with the cutter head and cutter to complete the milling operation. The upper part of the cutter handle is fixed to the machine body with screws, and the cutter head and cutter are installed at the bottom for milling.
The face milling diameter is Ø50mm, and it is equipped with an Handle-R8. After fixing four APMT1604 cutters with screws, it is mounted on the machine body for milling.
