LMA3000 Gantry Milling Machine

LMD3000 commonly use for milling flat parts on location that demand precise flatness and roughness, including engine bases, rolling mill archways, and turbine split lines, etc.

  • X axis stroke 3000mm, Z axis stroke 250mm.
  • 3000mm main bed made of aluminum, reduce weight and increase portability.
  • Forged steel orbit insert to the aluminum main bed, ball screw feed the rotary spindle, light weight but do not lose precision.
  • Available for mounting on the workpiece by magnetic base, bolts, welding, etc.
  • Standard equipped with a 22KW double output hydraulic station.
  • NT40 and NT50 spindle head taper are optional.
  • The finished roughness can reach RA3.2 and the accuracy can reach 0.02mm.
  • There is a feeding handwheel located on the side and the option for X axis manual feeding is available.
  • Digital display of cutting depth of Z-axis travel.
  • The spindle can be rotated and locked at 90° or 180°, with the option for customization of other angles.

PORTABLE DESIGN

For linear milling within 1000mm, LMA1000 can achieve the body weight of only 200KG, the accuracy can reach 0.02mm. It is unbeatable lightweight and precise.

MAIN BED

Main bed consist with:

  • 3000mm aluminum arm, intended to reduce the weight of the whole machine.
  • Double forged steel guide rails insterted in the aluminum arm, ensure the aluminum arm is light weight without losing rigidity.
  • Ball screw feeding system allows the X axis has a high precision feed.
  • The spindle head mounting plate, which allows adjustment of the angle, is fixed to the guide rail and screw.
  • One end of the aluminum arm is equipped with hydraulic, pneumatic, manual interfaces.
  • Standard and Magnetic mounting base are optional, standard base allows the machine be welded or bolted to the workpiece, magnetic base allows the machine quick attached to the workpiece by magnetic force.

  • Allows 90° and 180° degree installation.
  • Equiped with digital scale.
  • Optional milling spindle head NT40 or NT50.
  • NT40: Face Mill diameter 160mm.
