PORTABLE DESIGN

The machine possesses portability and lightweight features, rendering its manipulation and maintenance in the field convenient. The replaceable bearings of the machine allow it to be installed in various diameters, thus facilitating the processing of flat surfaces and attainment of ASME-compliant hydrographic lines. EASY TO SET UP AND INSTALL

The machine’s collets feature a modular design that accommodates various sizes, enabling them to be installed in holes of different diameters with ease. They can be fitted in holes up to 305mm in diameter. To facilitate the task, tension springs are used to secure the collets. These can be easily removed and replaced with different-sized collets. Attached tools are also provided, making the installation and processing procedures quicker and more efficient.
